A NOTARY is someone who has the authorization to perform legal acts. Such as: being a witness on LEGAL documents that need to be signed. The difference is that these witnesses are appointed by the state.
UN NOTARIO es alguien que tiene la autorizacion para realizer actos legales: como ser testigo para documentos LEGALES que tienen que ser firmados. La diferencia es que estos testigos son elijidos por el estado.
